Career Progress
There are paths that you can continue on after you have some experience as a pharmacy assistant. You may choose to become a pharmacy manager, or take the other path and go to university to become a pharmacist.
It is possible to become a pharmacy assistant without any training. Many people begin their role as a junior in a pharmacy store, and they then learn the skills on the job. Alternatively you can attend a pharmacy course and this is particularly relevant if you plan to become a pharmacist in future.
